Losing labels
Labels help us understand ourselves and others, but can also hold us back.

I’ve loved diving deeper into my own pansexuality and queerness, it’s been a wild, beautiful ride. Growing up, so many of us were boxed in by rigid conditioning and taught to see love, attraction and identity in black-and-white terms.
Shedding that over many, many years felt like waking up. I'm very grateful ! Exploring not just my own essence but connecting with others who are doing the same, has been a gift.
There is something magical about peeling back those old layers and finding out who we really are when the scripts don’t hold us back anymore. Safety’s been the key to all of this for me. Having spaces where I can be real without fear has made it possible to breathe and grow. Offering that same safety to others is one of my life's purposes. That’s where the alchemy happens. I love watching people step into their full joy when they feel free to be themselves, no judgment, just acceptance. Building that kind of trust turns curiosity into strength, and I’m so hot for it.
